Forums on "The Spirit of the Planet": Human, Humane and Holy. 

A steady stream of messages has arrived at this WebSite since its initiation in November, 1996.
Some of them are critical, derisive, even hostile, but many are surprised, delighted, and helpful.
Especially helpful, because although each of us works together with others, each of us is also, at some times, alone.

There are many ways we can talk to each other. Your e-mail to this WebSite has been terrific. But we need to share this wonderful response, and therefore we are beginning the Letters on "The Spirit of the Planet" section, with replies from the editor, and from those who wish to respond to previous letters or to initiate their own letter. Not all letters can be published, but every posting will have a response. All Letters will remain anonymous.

We are also working to provide space for short essays and poetry, that will be printed in entirety without editing, on the subject of "The Spirit of the Planet". If you are interested in this subject, consider submitting a short essay or poem of not more than 2000 words. These essays and poems can include the author's name and e-mail address if you wish.

Please be patient as we develop this Forum. Send us your responses, your criticisms, and your suggestions. Please watch our progress and then profit from our experiences.
