Empathic, and Dedicated.
Selfish: caring only or chiefly for self; regarding one's own
interest chiefly or solely; proceeding from love of self; influenced in
actions solely by a view to private advantage; the exclusive consideration
by a person of one's own interest or happiness;
"The selfish attitude works best alone on an island."
Empathic: sameness of feeling; affinity between persons or of
one person for another; agreement in qualities; harmony; accord; a mutual
liking or understanding arising from sameness of feeling; the entering
into or ability to enter into another person's mental state, feelings,
emotions; especially pity or compassion for another's trouble, suffering;
fellow feeling; congeniality; commiseration; compassion; pity; tenderness;
agreement; condolence;
"The empathic attitude enriches one's life by extension."
Dedicated: to set apart and consecrate to a special purpose;
to devote to a special use, work, or duty; to devote to public use;
"The dedicated attitude enriches the common store of experiences."
